Hi! I am Marisa, the mind and heart behind this space dedicated to personal growth and spiritual well-being. Let me share with you a little of my story and how I have come to dedicate my life to spiritual coaching.

I was born in England and my life took a significant turn when, at the age of 8, I came to Spain. I was raised by my grandfather, an Argentine man whose legacy has left a deep mark on my way of seeing the world. Through his influence, I was imbued with values that have shaped my perspective to this day.

In this space, you will not only find emotional principles, but also a practical and realistic approach to applying them in daily life. I firmly believe that self-awareness and emotional intelligence is a continuous journey that we can all take.
